Here is a Python package to parse the output of WHATCHECK, PROCHECK and PROSA protein structure validation results. It runs all these checks on multiple pdb files and calculates some statistics over the entire ensemble in LaTeX and ascii tables. The code is also incorporated in the ARIA distribution.
